Finally reached out to an HVAC company for the commercial building. Air conditioner was running but not cooling, and I could not believe my luck.

I stumbled onto a great nationwide HVAC directory that offers 24 hour emergency HVAC service nationwide. The tech who came out was really helpful and I felt comfortable with their work.

I also appreciated that there was no long wait for a callback!
